I was a 14 year old freshman at Bemidji High in March 1986.
I had just watched the Bemidji High hockey team in the State Tournament at the "old" St Paul Civic Center.
I took my first BASIC programming class as a sophmore at Bemidji High. It was very basic.
Steve Wynn's "Golden 'Nugget'" Inc. bought the Castaway's for $50 million on October 18, 1986.(K)
After forty years, America's computer networks(autonomous systems), need serious regulation.
I paid a New York City Intellectual Property(IP) broker $1,000 for Autonomous System #3356 in February 2017.
ARIN did not register the sale until April 10, 2017.
After 3365 was registered, I paid the same broker $4,000 for the slash 24 address block, 207.229.94.0/24, in April 2017.
The slash 24(/24) I needed to run public DNS servers on the "WWW" did not register with ARIN until July 6, 2017.
Every year ARIN requires a $250 registration or renewal fee for each address block and autonomous system number.
I have spent $2,250 on AS3365 and $2,250 on 207.229.94.0/24 registration fees since I purchased the "Intellectual Property" in 2017.
I wonder who has been maintaining Wynn Resorts ARIN registrations over the years. CIO? Fiduciary Duty?
What I saw when I stayed at Wynn Las Vegas from July 23rd to August 1, 2023, Wynn Resorts is not in control of ANY of its data. "WYNN" is 100% data theft. I have proof.
Wynn Resorts Ltd.(Mirage Resorts, Inc, Golden Nugget Inc), represents the rest of America.
"Mirage" Resorts had a database of over 10 million in August 1999 according to Karen Bozich, ARIN handle KB336-ARIN.(18)
FYI, KB336-ARIN's listed address on the ARIN website happens to be 3000 S. Las Vegas Blvd.. Resorts World Las Vegas(Hilton)(L).
Boyd Gaming purchased The Stardust, 3000 S. Las Vegas Blvd., in 1985.(Q)
